All Clean customers can now receive an award winning cleaning service since the firm was named Employer of the Year for its dedication to the training and development of its workforce.
The systematic training of all staff at All Clean ensures a professional and cost-effective service according to MD Mark Weston: “All of us have to attend courses whether we are carrying out the job or evaluating the performance of our team. This means our people can get the job of cleaning done more thoroughly and efficiently so that these time savings can be passed on to the client in terms of a favourable quotation.”
All Clean received both the regional and overall Employer of the Year awards from the business development arm of the newly formed Birmingham Metropolitan College where two thirds of its staff have attended NVQ courses in cleaning and team management.
