"We here at
Spirax Sarco have for nearly 18 months been
dealing with AllClean and on a personal
front I have been dealing with Sara Mallinson
for over 12 months.
In that time we both Spirax and AllClean
have encountered a number of problems and
through Sara’s endeavours these problems
have rarely been more than a nuisance to
us, this is because Sara has always “gone
the extra mile”
.
Examples of her work ethic and customer
service, is that she has helped me in reducing
the cost of and improving the service on
our personal hygiene contract. During a
routine conversation where I stated I was
having problems with our supplier, Sara
offered to arrange for PHS Hygiene to start
immediately and reduced the cost at the
same time.
We have had a problem with our washroom
facilities and Sara came personally, did
a survey on 3 sites and has managed to reduce
our costs by using bulk fill soap, which
subsequently had to be changed again when
our safety officer insisted that we use
Deb soap. Sara managed to obtain, through
her contacts, bulk fill Deb soap cheaper
than the normal container Deb soap. She
has also been extremely helpful by sourcing
at least on five occasions various hand
towels, as our employees have been ultra
critical.
Sara is always pro-active in her customer
relationships and is constantly looking
of ways to improve the services that her
company offer, even to the extent of going
outside her normal boundaries. This to me
shows that this is not just a job to Sara,
but more a way of life to her.
This makes Sara and AllClean the kind of
employee and supplier that Spirax is more
than happy to be in partnership with.
